What are the modern injectable steroids that are primarily used in sports (in bodybuilding and other relevant disciplines today).
Essentially, steroid injections, which can be purchased and used for athletic purposes, are to some extent the opposite of oral medications. In addition, the market for AAS in injections is much larger than that for tablets. If you look carefully, here literally every athlete will be able to find a remedy for himself according to his tastes and needs, including. to gain muscle mass or dry out.
So if you are currently receiving two steroid injections (ampules) in your hand, chances are you will not see any fundamental difference between them. So what are they and how do they differ from each other? You need to know what are testosterone ester compounds and their analogues, which means you know that in order for the hormone molecule in the blood not to break down quickly, they are “glued” to different esters. The result is a special structure which practically does not dissolve in water (hydrophobic), but which is very soluble in fats. Of course, anabolics aren’t diluted with fat; Safe oils, that is, completely harmless to humans, usually act as a solution.
Injectable steroid preparations then undergo a special cleaning. This is a necessary process to destroy any microorganisms that may have settled in the solution and to remove any foreign suspensions and excess particles. Note that this cleaning is sometimes skipped and is entirely up to the manufacturer’s conscience. So, it turns out that in some cases, after purchasing and administering an injection of steroids, one is covered with a red rash.
What is a skin rash? The question is logical and the answer is simple. It is the body’s response to the infection, which was introduced with a dose of poor quality steroids. It rarely happens, but it does happen. According to statistics, there is on the factory range about one “unrefined” steroid per person. a hundred produced, which is not so much, but a lot.

But back to the topic of what anabolics and steroids produced in injectable form are. Let’s continue our “test” where we left off.
So how do injectable steroids, those in vials (not just) behave after being injected? After application, oily preparations settle in so-called fatty deposits. Steroids can stay there for a long time, from a few days, as is often the case with Methenolone Propionate or Enanthate, up to a year (it happens). The degree of resorption and the use of the drug, as you can guess, depends on its ester: the longer the ether protein chain, the longer the steroid will remain in the fat depot. Again, everything is logical and completely natural.
Gradually, even the “longest” injections of anabolic and androgenic steroids begin to flow into the bloodstream. Of course, the blood carries hormonal molecules to all cells of the body, but their highest concentration compared to other parts of the body is observed at the injection site. In this case, the affected tissues show stronger growth. This is why the anabolics are placed where they normally are. In fairness, note that these injections are not always pleasant, on the contrary, they are often painful.

The advantages that these steroid injections in ampoules offer (not only) stand out and attract the attention of even a beginner. First of all, it’s weird. What are we talking about? The fact that many (most) injectable AAS do not require frequent use, although there are exceptions, for example take all the same testosterone propionate, which is usually given every other day. Another advantage, although nobody cares about it, is the rise and fall curve of the potency of these drugs. It is different for everyone, offering a wide choice for athletes. Propionate, for example, really starts working a few hours after administration, while decanoate starts showing its strength much later, usually after a few days.
Of course, not all steroid injections are good and perfect. They also have their drawbacks. This is the pain already mentioned during injections (for certain drugs) and easily definable during anti-doping tests. Not everyone is guilty of this, so to speak, but it’s always a lot easier to figure it out.
